Good morning, everyone!
A few reminders for today :
Location: 702 Capitol Avenue room 154
ADA Entrance: Located at the back of the Annex building.
Room 113: We have reserved Room 113 from 12:00–4:00 PM for anyone who needs a quiet space to step away, regroup, or take a break. We can also use this room for shirt distribution and gathering before or after the event.
Signs are not permitted inside the Annex. Please plan accordingly.
Public Comment: If you would like to speak, you must sign up when you arrive. Public comment will take place at the end of the meeting.
Numbers matter. Even if you do not plan to speak, your presence helps show lawmakers how many families are impacted by Medicaid and disability services.If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
